In order to do so, BDB LLC insists that all agreements and understandings entered into between BDB LLC and its clients be appropriately recorded. 

The draft ‘Scientist’ agreement available to the right provides tailored protection for its client’s interests, and provides clear expectations for BDB LLC’s performance. 

BDB LLC is willing to consider any reasonable modification to this agreement, or any similar or related contracts.
